A Few Plates

Most people know that Bologna is famous for its food. See for yourself.

Tris, or three pastas on a plate. In this case the pastas are tagliatelle with ragĂș, tortellini in cream sauce, and tortoloni in fresh tomato sauce.


Lasagna bolognese, the classic with spinach pasta, ragĂș, and bechamel sauce.


A selection of meat and cheese from Tamburini, with a dollop of aged balsamic vinegar, enjoyed with Pignoletto Frizzante, the perfect local wine.
